Anybody do Jacket Bullet Swaging

I have been swaging .224, .30 and .411 bullets copper Jackets using a Corbin and Walnut Hill Press.

Can do the 22LR Jackets also, but have 30,00 copper jackets so using thsoe also.

Very close getting setup for making the copper jackets from strip copper and tubing also.

Just curious if we have any other Swagers that are Ed’s Customer base, as I buy the primers and powder as well as all Dillon Parts and presses from Ed’s.

An interesting topic.

I have been reloading for about 40 years. I used to cast my own bullets using wheel weights, but when cast bullets became readily available I quit.

I have read some articles about swaging, but it seems to have been popular from the 1950’s or earlier.

I think that a lot of the bullet technology that is common today started with guys making and testing their own designs.

I would be a great hobby to pursue, especially if you could use salvaged 22 cases as jackets.

Are there any companies still making equipment and supplies?
