Subject: Owners of McMillan Manufacturing Phoenix, Arizona

    Date: Sun, 27 Jan 2013 07:59:54 -0500

McMillan has been a customer and produces rifles for our Military Snipers.

This is happening all around us and we are allowing this socialist government to keep growing. McMillian Mfg in Phoenix , Arizona , was contacted by Bank of America and informed that they will no longer be allowed to use their services ( Bank of America ) because they are in the firearms business and support the second amendment.

I am fine with you re-posting it. Thank for your support.

McMillan Fiberglass Stocks, McMillan Firearms Manufacturing, McMillan Group International have been collectively banking with Bank of America for 12 years. Today Mr. Ray Fox, Senior Vice President, Market Manager, Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking (Bank of America) came to my office.

He scheduled the meeting as an “account analysis” meeting in order to evaluate the two lines of credit we have with them.

He spent 5 minutes talking about how McMillan has changed in the last 5 years and have become more of a firearms manufacturer than a supplier of accessories. At this point I interrupted him and asked “Can I possibly save you some time so that you don’t waste your breath? What you are going to tell me is that because we are in the firearms manufacturing business you no longer want my business.”

“That is correct”, he says. I replied “That is okay, we will move our accounts as soon as possible. We can find a 2nd Amendment friendly bank that will be glad to have our business. You won’t mind if I tell the NRA, SCI and everyone one I know that BofA is not firearms-industry friendly?”

“You have to do what you must”, he said.

“So you are telling me this is a politically motivated decision, is that right?” Mr. Fox confirmed that it was. At which point I told him that the meeting was over and there was nothing left for him to say.

I think it is important for all Americans who believe in and support our 2nd amendment “right to keep and bear arms” should know when a business does not support these rights. What you do with that knowledge is up to you. When I don’t agree with a business’ political position, I cannot, in good

Conscience support them. We will soon no longer be accepting Bank of America credit cards as payment for our products,

After seeing FirstBank adding No Weapons signs at some of their branches like Denton and Candor I am starting to feel the same way. Why produce an environment were only criminals have firearms? Take note, it’s not CCW holders that are dangerous, it’s the criminals and they do not care about a sign. The same with the Randolph Mall! I will no longer do business with anyone that post such a sign.

IT IS A SLAP IN THE FACE TO PUT IT UP IN THE BANKS BY LAW YOU CAN NOT CARRY THERE ANY WAY..

JUST PUTTING THAT THERE TELLS US HOW THEY FEEL I WOULD MENTION THIS TO THEM EACH TIME ANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS GO THERE.

WE EAT AT PIGGLY WIGGLY IN VASS THEY PUT ONE UP AND I ASKED EVERY CUSTOMER TO TELL THEM THAT WAS THE PLACE THEY USED TO SHOP

AFTER ABOUT 50 COMPLAINTS IT CAME DOWN… WE MUST SPEAK OUT…… THANK YOU VASS FOR TAKING THE SIGN DOWN……

I do NOT bank with them, nor do I give them ANY of my money, for this reason. Not even a $3 ATM Fee. I have a place at Topsail Island, they’re the only Bank, on the Island, and I’ll burn $6 in Gas, not to pay them $3.

Financial Institutions have been lifted from the list of prohibited places to concealed carry. They now fall under Section 8 of the code regarding the Posting of Notice on Private Property.

We all need to speak with the places we do business and have a calm and intelligent discussion about these policies. This is the only way to help the cause. Remember to stay calm, that IS the hardest part.

    Biscoe FirstBank (No Weapons) sign

Biscoe Community One bank (no public restroom) sign.

I guess the message if you need to use the restroom go to FirstBank if you want to avoid a gun free zone go to Community One bank.
